Jays and Grayling is a blog I started in 2019. The vision of my blog is improving Alberta's natural environment through sharing ideas about conservation and nature. Our natural world has always been a passion of mine and protecting it is crucial.

My wife and I spend as much time in nature as we can fly fishing, birding, hiking, and snowshoeing. Whether it's spotting a yellow-rumped warbler flittering through the treetops, delicately casting a dry fly to a rising rainbow trout, or taking a lunch break at the top of a mountain, we are at home out in the wilderness.
